new email read as spam

I have encountered problem of my newly created emails to my known recipient are blocked from sending out as it is suspected of spam

the below is the message

"Failure Message looks like spam, sorry not wanted here q=46739348"

Is that a message you got back from the recepient's server??

You are either blacklisted or you are sending as HTML and the server
doesn't like it. Try sending as plain text,
