New email stops downloading form exchange server In Entourage 2004

We have had three Macs just stop downloading new e-mail from the
exchange server. You can check with web mail and see there are new
messages. Entourage acts like is is synchronizing with the server but
dose not download the new mail. We are running Office 2004 with SP1
Installed. I have tried rebuilding the databases with no luck.

This seems to happen a lot to me on wireless connections or switching
between them.
