In Outlook 2003, I created a rule to have a list of newly received
emails
using the instructions on Robert Sparnaaij's "How To-Outlook" web site
at
http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/mailalert2003.htm#view_list. The
list
works great, and is good for what I need.
But every time it pops up, it grabs the focus. If I'm typing, nothing
appears
from the time the alert popped up. If I'm about to click on something
and
the alert pops up, it grabs my mouse or Enter key focus.
Can I change this behavior at all so that when the alert pops up it
does not
get the focus? (By contrast, an Outlook Remider alert window can pop
up,
but I can keep typing underneath it. It's on top and visible, but
does not
grab the focus away from the current task.)
