I have many users who have access to the mail that is sent to 'departmental'
mailboxes. (Such as '(e-mail address removed)'). They have access to this mailbox in
addition to their own primary mailbox, and they view the secondary mailbox
via their Outlook folder list (OL2000 CW). Is there any way to notify them
of mail being delivered to that secondary mailbox? Anytime they try to do
this by creating a rule, the rule only applies to their own mailbox, but not
the secondary.
