The most reliable way I can think of is to use Microsoft Word, which
you also have as part of Office. Create a Word template. Use the
Project Gallery to make a new copy of that template; edit as desired,
and then select File->Send To in Word's menu; this will offer an option
to create an HTML message in Entourage from the Word document.
