I have Outlook 2000 running on a system with Windows XP.
The program works fine, but when the pointer hovers over
the "New" button, or the "current view" bar, or the "Find
a Contact" bar, they all flicker.? This does not happen in
any other program, and the moment it does not seem to be
bothering Outlook's functionality. I also do not recall it
doing this before installing the latest critical updates.
The only other observation I can offer is that the little
tag ("new message", "current view", "find a contact")does
not appear when you put the pointer on them. It will only
appear if you put the pointer on a button next to them,
and then slide the pointer over onto them. Could the
flickering have something to do with the tag trying to
appear? Any way to test it? Thanks to anyone with a clue.
