I have a client that sent out a newsletter to over 1000 contacts from Outlook
2002. These contacts reside in a custom form. Recently, Outlook would put up
2 error messages whenever more than approximately 250 e-mail addresses are
selected:
- The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form
instead. The operation failed.
- The operation failed.
However, when I use less than 250 contacts, it succeeds. It's similar to the
problem in this Knowledge Base article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/218365/en-us
Upgrading the user to 2003 SP 2 produced the same results. I know a
workaround, but is there a solution to the problem itself? Thanks.
