New Message window will not display

Hello,
I've just installed Office 08 and everything with Entourage seems to work fine except for the fact that I cannot compose a new message.

Upon clicking or using the drop down to create a "new message" nothing happens, no new window pops up...

I can create calendar events, tasks, notes etc. just not new emails.

I have logged on as other users and it seems to work fine but when I am logged in as my primary (admin) user name.

Is this a problem with how I installed Leopard or upgraded from Office v.X?

Create a new Identity in Entourage and see if you can create a new message.
No need to even enter account info for this test. If this works, then it's
not your User's folder but your Identity that is the problem.

Have you tried rebuilding? Make a duplicate first! How to rebuild:
