New server, can't change password

I have a new email address. I have all the settings in, but the password
doesn't work. I can get mail if I use the universal password, but not when I
change the password. What am I doing wrong? Thank you very much.

This sounds like something you will need to discuss with your ISP.

If you want to eliminate your setup, go to System Preferences and create a
new User. Open Entourage in the new User and create the account there with
the new password. Does it work? If no, then it¹s a problem with your ISP. If
yes, then it¹s in your User¹s folder. You might have to go into Keychain
Access and delete the old password.
