new spreadsheet

I would like to creat a second spreadsheet on the same workbook as th
attached pic of the sheet. I would like to have the second sheet hav
just 2 columns..1 Employee and second Effiecny Percentage. I would lik
the second sheet to find all the rows with the inspectors name, then ad
together all percentage to give me a avgerage daily inspectio
efficency.

I need help with the formula. These two colums will be in the A and
columns on the second spreadsheet.
