New to Entourage.. A couple of questions if I may?

We¹re thinking about migrating from:

1. Quickmail Pro Server;
2. Apple Mail
3. Now Up To Date Contact Server
4. Now Up To Date Calendar Server

As a single source software, Entourage is attractive. Our IT guy is advising
that we migrate to a Dell 2650 Server with Exchange Server 2003.

My questions:

1. We currently have central access to all shared Contacts; Will that be
lost? Or do we get that access to ³shared contacts² and keep our private
contacts to ourselves?
2. Our calendars are shared as well. Everyone can log into everyone else¹s
³public² appointments to determine their availability. Is that feature the
same?
3. We have access to our contacts and calendars thru an IP access. Is that
ths same?

Sorry if these are too ³newbie²......

Sorry, a little more info:

We¹re a Mac based office with G4¹s minimum.
Main server is a an Xserve/Xserve Raid running OSX 10.3.8.
All staff members are running OSX 10.3.8.
They will all be running MS Office 2004.
