new to Mac office

I just purchased my first Mac and just installed MS office 2008. I was an
outlook user and would like to import my folders. I have been able to get
my contacts in (however unrully they seem to look now) but can't seem to
figure out how to get the other folders, like the caldendar, note etc.

Any suggestions?
