New to Mac world - can't figure out...

Hey there.

Just bought a power book - and am in the middle of transferring my stuff
over from my PC.

I am very familiar with the using Outlook Express as my newsreader - and
really liked the following feature: When I downloaded messages from a
newsgroup - then deleted them - the next timed I went to the newsgroup - it
it would only download the new messages since my last visit.

Every time I clean out the particular newsgroup messages on my Mac - and go
back to that particular newsgroup later - I get all the messages again...

How do I control this?

Try View > Unread Only

Thanks Adam.

I tried this - but when I set it to "Unread Only" - then empty my cache (I
think this is the only way to remove the downloaded messages from my
folder?) - then go back to that news group - I still get all the messages (I
know I can set the number of messages I download in my options tab),

I'm really trying to only download messages I've never seen before...
