How do you you give your workheet a title, e.g. 'Prodect Sales' in the middle
then the cells below as usual?

Cherie;

Right click on the tab you wish to rename and select Rename. The words will
become "negatived" like a picture. Type the new name of the sheet.

God Bless

Hi Cherie

I read your question a little different to Frank.
Select a range of cells say A1:H1 then
Format>Cells>Alignment>Horizontal>Centre across selection
Enter your text in A1, and it will become centred across the range you chose

And another possibility. You may be looking for a header.
Go to View>Header and Footer>View
Then on the Header/Footer Tab click on Custom Header

And just as an aside, as Frank said you can use Right Click>Rename
on a sheet tab which can also be achieved by simply double clicking
on the sheet tab.

I'm not sure if this is what you are asking. But I think you might try this:
highlight row where you u wish to add title, go to format cells / alignment
/ text control/ merge cells

Hope it helps!
