Newbie: Flagging changes

Hello: When a change is made to a sub-project that is linked to an upper
project, is there a way that I can see what impact those changes have made?
Thanks, MTA

A way to accomplish this is to create an interim baseline before you start
making changes. I would suggest using a Baseline10 (can't remember if 2002
has this). You can then create some custom fields with values or graphical
indicators that show you any difference between baseline10 and the current
values. Compare items that might be important for your organization like
effort, duration, finish dates.

The key is to take a snapshot (i.e. baseline10) of you schedule each week
before you start making changes to the schedule. This will allow you to see
changes propagated through your schedules.
