Hi. I am new to the Mac world and am having two main issues I can't find help about. First, having come from a Lotus Notes environment, I would like to opportunity to choose NOT to saving outgoing/sent emails. Notes has a setting that asks if you want to save the outgoing message. Does Entourage have that feature? If so, please tell me how to access it.

Second - I have tried to import my contacts several times with little success. My contacts list is a .csv file that originated from Notes and that seems to have added a bunch of returns or tabs, which results in completely wacky contacts in Entourage. I have tried to manually edit the .csv file but not much luck. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

would like to opportunity to choose NOT to saving outgoing/sent
emails. Notes has a setting that asks if you want to save the

Select Entourage menu --> Preferences... --> Mail & News Preferences -->
Compose and de-select "Save copies of sent messages in the Sent Items
folder".
Second - I have tried to import my contacts several times with little

If manually editing doesn't clear the cruft from your file then you may
need to export your contacts differently. A .csv file should import into
Entourage but if it is too dirty then try a tab-delimited file.

Hope this helps!
