Hi, I'm new to the Mac experience and have a, probably dum question. Can you
automate the Archiving of Contacts and emails? Any help much appreciated.

Yes, I have a tutorial on how to do this. You can use the same technique to
backup your contacts.

Create a workflow in Automator "Export Entourage Contacts" use the iCal
plugin to automate as described in the tutorial.

Entourage and Time-Machine-like backup (can be used by Tiger and Leopard
uers)
