newbie - Two accounts - moving all calendar events to new account not working?

Hello,

I'm a complete newbie when it comes to entourage. I set up the new e-mail
account on our exchange server. I can send and receive. I want to take
all the old calendar events in their previous account and move them to the
new calendar so that they populate. What I see under their old calendar
is a bunch of views, showing - work, family, etc. If I drag the items
under the family view over - it works, I copy all the items under the other
views but then I have some items showing on the old calendar that aren't on
the new calendar. I wiped out the new account info and started again from
scratch - not sure how to just grab all items. of them and move them at
once?

Thanks

This would probably be better done by the Exchange Server admin.

However, don't worry about dragging items from the different Views. Just
click on the All Events view and you'll see a list of everything. Select
about 100-150 at one time and drag them to your new calendar. I don't
suggest selecting all of your events if you have several hundred. That
can cause some problems.

Hope this helps! bill

Thanks - I didn't see the all events view - can you tell me where it is?
It may be right in front of me but I didn't see it.

On a PC I normally select the first in a group hold the shift key and select
the last in the group - does that work on a mac?

Thanks

If you don't see an "All Events" group listed below the Calendar View
heading then you can create it.

While in the Calendar, right-click the Calendar Views header on the left
to create a new custom view. Under Criteria set three things:

Match if any criteria are met
Category is None
Category is not None

Save this as All Events and then select your new view.

Hope this helps! bill
