That's how you do it. Outlook 2003 doesn't have integrated, native,
newsreading capability. Like all previous versions of Outlook it uses
Outlook Express.
It is there, but you have to dig it out. Just go to help in Outlook 2003
and type in newsgroup. I found it that way a little while ago.
