News Reader setup

I can't figure out how to set up a newsgroup reader in
Outlook 2003. Help says to move the "News" button to the
Go Menu but I can't find it.

Look in internet explorer's tools, options, programs menu - is the
Newsreader field blank? if so, set it to Outlook express and close the
dialog. Go to Outlook's tools, customize and look for the news button...
when you start OE, do not set it as default, choose No and uncheck the
option to check for the default.
