Newsgroup Deletion

I haven't been able to find a solution to this anywhere else so I am asking
for help here....
In my folder list I have 15 Microsoft News Server listings. How do I go
about deleting all but one of them, please?
I have tried highlighting and clicking Delete to no avail.

Select Microsoft News Server. This takes you to a listing of all Microsoft
newsgroups. I generally sort by Mac to make using it easier. Select the
groups you want to delete and click on Unsubscribe at the top of the page.
