Newsgroup Posting on a network with Outlook

Workstation: WinXP Outlook 2002
Server: Windows 2000 with Small Business Server

In the past, I was able to post to the "Public Folders/Internet Newsgroups"
and it would be visible to everyone on our network & they would be able to
reply to the post. Now when I attempt to post to that folder, it comes up
with a message stating "The operation failed." Gotta love the cryptic error
messages. I can't for the life of me figure out what exactly has changed.
Anyone know what the deal might be?

Hi - I'd post to an Exchange group like microsoft.public.exchange.admin for
more help, as this is more of an Exchange issue....
