functionality in Outlook.

Through outlook go to View, Go to, News.
Through IE go to Tools, Mail and News, News.
Both will get you to Outlook Express Newsreader.

OK, my computer says there is an error in running outlook
express. Iit's a .dll file missing, so express may not be
installed correctly. The hard drive crashed a month or so
back, so I've been reinstalling stuff. Where do I find
express in my disks so I can reinstall it? ARRGGHH

It is installed with the OS. What is the exact error message? You might
want to take a little trip to http://www.tomsterdam.com and have a look
there since this group handles Outlook problems, not Outlook Express.

Since Outlook won't work without Outlook Express (or, at least, that part of
Outlook Express that is shared with Internet Explorer), I'm not sure I
believe you. Did you rip OE out somehow?
