We setup an online newsgroup and some users are having
problems opening and subscribing using a Mac OS X. Any
articles that will help us with this?

Well, the possibilities really depend on what nntp client they use (and there
are a bunch out there). What application are they using ?? Any special port ?
Authentication ?
