How do I get rid of these news groups? I wouldn¹t mind if it just showed
one, but with all my upgrades it shows 11 Microsoft newsgroups!

Select ³Microsoft News Server². You will get a window that includes greyed
out icons for suscribe and unsubscribe. Select the newsgroup (in bold, on
the list that appears in the main menu) that you wish to eliminate. The
³Unsubscribe² icon will darken. Click on it.

Could someone please expand on these instructions? Where do I select
"Microsoft News Server", and in what menu are there grayed out icons for
subscribe and unsubscribe, etc.

In the browser window toolbar there are icons for subscribe & unsubscribe.
The commands are also available towards the end of the Edit menu.
