When using and modifying a newsletter template's text boxes in Word 2004...
how does one add a text box for a longer article to automaticly overflow into?

When using and modifying a newsletter template's text boxes in Word 2004...
how does one add a text box for a longer article to automaticly overflow into?

- Use Insert > Text Box and draw the location of the new text box.
- Click the border of the first text box, where the existing text is.
- On the Text Box toolbar, click the Create Text Box Link button (the
one with solid links of chain). The cursor turns into a pitcher.
- Click inside the new text box.

I got it to work once but not the second time? Links were grayed?
puzzeling...
I was able to copy and paste in the ending so I can move on...

First time I have used this service... I'm impressed
