I've been reading all of the issues on this Publisher board and am a little intimidated as I need to create an 8 page newsletter to be sent via snail mail. I have no prior experience in layout/design. Am I in over my head with Publisher 2003? Is there an "average" time for getting comfortable with Publisher 2003? Thanks-

I'm guessing you must have basic computer skills...
dealing with text boxes and images. If you've ever
done a layout with paper, scissors and glue...this
is just the electronic equivalent.

Try opening one of the pre-formatted newsletters...
play around with it...add some text, images...more
pages. It's not that hard to do.

I agree. navigate around a sample newsletter and get used to the
basic cut, paste, copy, insert commands.

Anything that you do can be undone by pulling the "edit" tab down and
click undo _______.

Thanks so much for all of your help! I visited your Tropical Audubon site and found it very interesting. You can visit the site I built at www.incident-prevention.com I now figure if I can create that site I should be able to get thru my first issue of the newsletter!
