No Access to Public Folders on Exchange Server

I'm in a Mac/PC office. When using Mac OS10.4 the public folders have
lock on them. All other folders are accessible. Anyone know how I g
about gaining access to those public folders on our email server?

Public folder support is extremely preliminary at this point. If I quite
remember, it should get tremendously better in the next Office 2004
update (due "second half of this year).
