No address auto-suggest for some items when typing

Hi!

My colleague has addresses in both "Address Book" (My Computer) and
"Contacts" (Exchange).

When creating a new mail he can't type the name of a group or person he
saved to get it auto suggested. Only the persons he emailed recently seems
to come up.

We just tried adding a new person and we can't get it to be auto-suggested
when typing. Is there a setting somewhere for this?

If they are in your Address Book, they should enter as you type the name. If
you are trying to find them in the auto fill list, then that will come with
time.

Entourage's Address AutoComplete feature gathers addresses from both the
address book and the recently-used list (with a maximum of 200 entries).
They are sorted intelligently, organized by the frequency of messaging for
each contact, with the most-used contacts showing up on top.
