no address in Word

Product: Office 2003 pro

Envelope will only bring down the "full name" from Outlook address book not
the address. The address in Outlook is set "as mailing address". The addresses are there when I clcik on properties. I can't see
anything different on the settings on this workstation as on the workstation that
do it properly. If I open the full name only workstations pst's on another machine it works correctly.

The only time I have seen this happen (in Word 2000) was when Outlook did
not display the addresses properly when displaying the contacts as 'detailed
address cards'. If that is the case, opening the offending record(s) and
resaving them in Outlook fixes the display problem. I have not seen this
with Office 2003, but it would be worth checking.

See if the envelope template from the downloads page of my web site works
correctly as this uses a similar mechanism.
