No E-mail Accounts selection in Outlook 2000 Tools menu.

I want to delete some empty contact folder listings from the Outlook 2000
address book. Instructions from Microsoft say "Tools menu, click E-mail
Accounts".

There is no selection for E-mail Accounts in my Tools menu. ??????????

You did not post sufficient information. There were two completely different
versions of Outlook 2000. Which are you using? Internet Mail Only or
Corp/Workgroup?

That menu choice is on Outlook 2002 and 2003. Outlook 2000 has either
Tools>Accounts (Internet Mail Only mode) or Tools>Services
(Corporate/Workgroup mode).
