You can put a filter on your contacts to see only contacts which have an
e-mail address while viewing your contacts folder. Click on the view menu
and choose Current View and then Customise Current view (you'll see this
under Arrange By in Outlook 2003). Click on the Filter button and then
click the Advanced tab. Click the Field button and choose E-mail from the
E-mail fields and then 'is not blank' in the middle box, click the 'Add to
list' button and then click OK to come out of the windows, you should now
only see contacts with an e-mail address and the top right corner of your
contact folder should say 'Filter Applied'. You will have to return to the
Customise Current View window and clear the filter criteria to remove the
filter.
