No global calendar in Entourage 2004

I have upgraded Entourage X to Entourage 2004 and now I can't see the global
calendar or contacts in the Public folder. The folders can be seen from the
PC using Outlook with out any problems.

I have Entourage version 11.1.0
The server is running Exchange 2003

Sorry, Entourage can't see calendar and contact public folders. However,
Microsoft recently announced that an update due in the second half of 2005
will include an "improved public folder experience".
