No Import/Export Menu

I am trying to export my contacts from Outlook.
Under "File" menu should be "import/export" menu option,
but it is not there. Not even grayed out - nowhere. I
installed BCM last year, but do not use it. How do I
export these contacts without that menu? Or, how can I
resotre that menu option?

Reset your menu bar. Right click in a blank area of the menu. Choose
Customize. Click the first tab. Click the Menu Bar and click the Reset
button.
