Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I had to do the following due to problem with Entourage web services.
1. Removed MS office by using the provided tool
2. Deep searched for "Microsoft" and deleted plists, com. files etc.
3. deleted Office user data folder
4. RESTORED office from my Time Machine.

all components are working fine, except that I am not getting any new emails ! ( my iphone is picking them up )

There is a steady stream of emails ( 3000+ ) coming from the server , but moist are 1 month old or more

There is a rule to forward emails to another GMAIL account ( for archive / back up) but all of those are emais from MYSELF to others !

Now... How do I get my emails back thru entourage ? ( instead of Web outlook)

Why did you do that?? Why not use the uninstaller to uninstall and then
use the installer to reinstall then update??

By using Time Machine, you have no waranty that the supporting files are
OK (there are files in the /Library folder as well).

On top of it, I'm not sure why a TIme Machine restore would be better
than the install you had before.

I would uninstall and reinstall.

It might be time to rebuild the Exchange cache.
Select the account on the left and Ctrl-click it to get ot the
properties. From there you might be able to clear the cache.
