I have about 120 clients. Email from one particular client sent to only three
particular clients arrives blank. OK for everyone else. If anyone else
forwards the email is arrives OK. All are running Win98SE and Outlook 2000
SP1. SP3 is not installed because of trouble with attachments. Outlook repair
has been run, Outlook has been removed and re-installed all with improvement.
Any ideas.

In the contact items for those three particular clients does that one
particular client have a message sending format specified? What format are
the messages being sent in?

Are these all using an Exchange server or are the POPing their e-mail from
somewhere or ?

I have since learned that about 5 or 6 more people are having trouble with
the same sender. All are able to see only the first 2 lines of the message.
All are using Microsoft Exchange although all are able to receive email from
POP clients from the WEB. All are using HTM format for email, there are no
other formats specified.

I wonder what would happen if you had that user send in Rich Text Format or
Plain Text just as a test.
