No Microsoft Entourage X identities found

I am completely spinning my wheels on this one... I cannot convince my
recently installed version of Entourage 2004 (S&T) to recognize my
Entourage X.v (Professional) identity.

I have emptied my deleated mail items folder, rebuilt the database,
ensured that there was only on Microsoft Database Daemon and still no
luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have found a solution... albeit a bit tedious... Michael T described a
workaround in an earlier post...

I have the same issues - how do I go about creating a new "Empty"
identity - is this the same as creating a new user account? or is
there a a menu item I am missing??
