You have completely misunderstood the purpose of these newsgroups. They are
not here to tell you what to write; they are here to tell you how to write.
I suggest that you ask the bank what the letter should say. It is they that
you have to satisfy with the contents of the letter. They may even have a
form already prepared for the purpose.
