no option for signature in an event invitation?

I¹m now working in Entourage 2008 and I¹ve noticed that the ability to add a
signature to an event invitation is now gone. Is there any workaround to
restore that option to a new event window?

I often have to send invites to partners outside my office and I want to
make sure they have my contact information. As it stands now, I either have
to retype it or copy it from another e-mail and paste it into the event
invitation. It would be much easier if the Signature button was available
again.

Hi Chris!

You have to first click the Invite button before you can add a
signature. Adding a signature to an event for just yourself doesn't make
sense.

If necessary, select View --> Customize Toolbar... to add the Signature
button to your toolbar.

Hi Bill,

Thanks, I didn't realize that the toolbars dynamically reconfigured
themselves depending on the options selected (plain event vs one you're
inviting someone to attend). Once I set up a dummy event with an invitee,
the Customize Toolbars option revealed the Signature option, etc., and that
function now appears any time I create an event and invite someone. Thanks
for clarifying that for me.
