No Preview in Task Pane

Everytime I try to add a new slide to a presentation
the task pane come up with no prevoews. I can still add the slide
but i have to travel with the mouse waiting for the info to come up
so I can add my slide.
Does anyone has a fix for this????
I noticed a lot of people are having the same problem.
I tried tghe solutions posted earlier and I still can't get previews.

What solutions have you tried? Remember, we can't see what you're doing
there, so we don't know specifically what you're looking at when you say
"solutions posted earlier."

I tried slowing down hardware acceleration and I also tried the Detect and
repair.
I already have the latest update for Office 2003. I have Office 2003
Professional.

I have exactly the same problem!
And I've tried slowing down hardware acceleration, Detect and repair,
uninstall PowerPoint and re-install, applied the latest update for Office
2003.
None of them are working.
I have Office 2003 Professional as well.

Any suggestions?
