No Right Click Functionality in MS OUTLOOK 2003

I am using WXP S.P.2 with Office 2003 Professional Suite S.P. 2 . While
using MS Outlook 2003 I am trying to use my right mouse button in the Inbox
message pane. When I click on the right mouse button while in the message
pane I get no response or drop down menu. If I open MS Word or MS Excel as a
test the right mouse button works normally for editing and other uses. I
used to be able to use the right mouse button for editing and moving messages
in and out of my mail folders. Can you assist?
