NO Right Mouse Button in Excel 2K

Hi all, I have a user with office 2k and her Excel will not register a right
click. The cell will select, but there is no 'cut, copy, paste, etc
available. I have
1) run the office repair and
2) uninstalled and reinstalled
3) removed the mouse in add / remove (logitech wheelmouse, no logitech
mouseware installed, Windows 2000)

any ideas?
