Does anyone know how to set entourage so that it doesn't save emails to
the hard-drive?
Can you be more specific?
Entourage, unlike Outlook, is designed to cache emails locally. It can be
configured not to automatically download messages over a certain size, but
once you manually download them they stay downloaded. This is how Entourage
works.
