no slideshow

unable to get slideshow full screen. Have tried mouse clicking the screen,
shift f 5 and view slideshow dont work. Reinstalled ppt 2003 no luck. any
ideas.

What version of PowerPoint are you using? What happens when you do the things
you've tried? It isn't clear whether nothing at all happens or whether you are
seeing the presentation in a separate window. If the latter then go to Slide
Show > Set Up Show and set it to "Presented by a Speaker (full screen)".

What do you get instead of a full-screen slide show? What are your settings
under Set Up Show in the Slide Show menu? Is this true for all
presentations or just one?

How big is your slide show? Very large files sometimes need some time to
load. Maybe you should just be patient for a minute or so.
