"No thesaurus available for English (U.S.)"

I have Windows XP
In MS Word 2007:

My right-click synonym is not giving any suggestions and "shift+F7" results
in error that says "No thesaurus available for English (U.S.)."
I've reinstalled Office word but this has not helped.

Run Office Setup again and this time go through Advanced Options and make
sure that ALL the proofing tools are installed. Not everything is installed
by a default install and 'reinstalling' will only repeat the previous
install unless you change it.
