no thumbnails in clip art viewer

publisher 2003

no thmbnail preview in clipart view, but program will
insert graphics

this feature was working earlier

have done complete reinstall still not fixed,

suggestions?

You need to clear your cache.

Open Internet Explorer
Tools|Internet Options
Clear temp Internet files
