No Tool bar in Word / MIcrosoft Outlook

Hi there,

Having a bit problem with my MS-Office 2000 Premium SR-1
software. Surprisingly it seems my 'word' toolbar has lost
all together as nothing excpet of a blank page is visible.
Have even clicked in the small 4 icons at the bottom most
left side of the page, but nothing great happens.

In fact the same also happens in Microsoft Outlook, I am
unable to get the toolbar which has the font displayed.

It would be nice if I can have anyones experience &
guidance to get back the toolbars.
