No way to save text attachments?

I have several people in my company that use Netscape or Mozilla to
send email (Outlook is forbidden). A lot of these people send me text
files. In Mozilla or Netscape, these attachments can be saved. But in
Entourage, the text is put inline after the email, and there is no way
to save them other than to open up the Source view (to retrieve the
file name, see below) and copy and paste into a TextEdit document.
Unfortunately, some files can be hundred of pages, so this is not an
elegant solution.

Here is a shippet from an email whihc an attached text file. You can
see that the HTL section is before the text file.

<?html>

--------------000102090700040604040105--

--------------000905070505010209020402
Content-Type: text/plain;
name="controls5.txt"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
Content-Disposition: inline;
filename="controls5.txt"

Clearly the text file has a name, so Entourage should recognize it as
an attachment. At the very least, I should be able to save it somehow
without deciphering and using copy/paste.

How do I do it? (Telling the senders to change their ways is NOT an
option, because it "works" for everyoe that doesn't use Entourage.)
