I wanted to know if I can sync my phone Nokia 7650 with Entourage?

You can check compatibility at:

for blue tooth MAC.

however I don't know if you can iSync the address book Entourage with
a mobile phone, can you ?

Evidently that phone does work with the latest version of iSync;
unfortunately, Entourage does not. A workaround that allows you to
synchronize your Entourage Address Book with the phone is here:

MobileSync probably won't work in your case since it only supports Sony
Ericsson phones.
