NON-DISPLAY Of EMAIL ADDRESS

Hi all,

I am using Entourage 2004 (Ver. 11.2.5), and have a very simple
question that I could not find on this or MS's website.

QUESTION: How can I address an email to one or more addressees and NOT
show their email address, and ONLY show their name? Is this possible?

John,

Interesting question! For grins try sending a test message using the
person's first name only in the To box and use their fully qualified
address in the bcc box and see what happens.

Very interesting work-around solution. It still would have been nice
to have a Preference item to selct this, so all multiple addressees
could not see other' email address.

I am surprised that MS did not do this in Entourage, as they did in
Outlook.

Just a suggestion....collect your multiple addresses in a group. Check the
'Do Not Show Addresses' box and send it to the group.
